THE WINTER ARC
Support
Help with your habits, reminders, sign-in, backups or privacy in The Winter Arc.
Contact support
Email timepasscoding1994@gmail.com. The app is operated by Nishant Munjal.
For a technical issue, include your app version, Android version, device model, what you tried, and any error message. Share a screenshot only if it helps, and hide personal information first. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or private journal entries.
Privacy and deletion
- Read the privacy policy to understand what stays on your device and what is sent when you sign in or choose a backup.
- Request account or backup deletion, including if you no longer have the app.
Common questions
Does signing in back up my progress?
No. Sign-in creates or accesses your account. Choose Back up this device and confirm to save a snapshot. Backup and restore are manual; devices do not continuously sync or merge.
Why are my habits still visible after sign-out?
Your progress is saved locally. Sign-out does not clear it. Use Privacy & data → Clear device progress if you want to remove it from that device. Check your backup first if you want to keep a separate copy.
How do I change reminders?
Edit the habit’s reminder setting in the app. Check Android notification permissions if reminders are not appearing. Local reminders may show habit titles on the lock screen.
Can support recover guest-only progress?
We do not receive guest-only habit records. If local storage is lost and you have no separate backup, we cannot recover those records from our servers. Uninstalling or clearing app storage can remove local data.
Is the app medical advice?
No. The Winter Arc is a habit and personal-reflection tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. For medical or mental-health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use the app as an emergency service.
