THE WINTER ARC

Delete account & data

Delete your The Winter Arc cloud account and its associated app data. The app is operated by Nishant Munjal.

You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion. You can send a request using the support email below. Deleting a Winter Arc account does not delete your Google account.

Request deletion without the app

  1. Email timepasscoding1994@gmail.com, preferably from the Google email address you used to sign in to The Winter Arc.
  2. Use the subject Delete my Winter Arc account.
  3. Ask us to delete your Winter Arc account and all associated cloud app data. If you are writing from a different email address, identify the sign-in email so we can help verify ownership.

We may reply to confirm that you own the account. We will never ask for your Google password, one-time codes, payment, or the contents of your reflections. If you cannot access your original email address, explain that in the request so we can discuss an appropriate verification method.

The response and completion timeframe for verified requests is being finalized; no fixed completion period is represented in this draft.

Email an account-deletion request

This opens your email app. Review and send the message to submit your request.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to the Winter Arc account you want to delete.
  2. Open My Arc → Account & cloud backup → Privacy & data.
  3. Choose Delete cloud account, review the explanation, type DELETE, and confirm.
  4. Wait for the app to confirm deletion. If it reports an error or cannot confirm the result, retry when connected or contact support.

What account deletion removes

Cloud account deletion is permanent. Deactivation or signing out alone does not delete an account.

What is separate

Retention periods for authentication audit records, service logs and disaster-recovery backups, and any required legal exceptions, have not yet been confirmed. This draft does not promise immediate deletion from these systems.

The retention period for support and deletion correspondence after resolution is being finalized.

Delete only your backup

To keep your account and local progress, choose Privacy & data → Delete cloud backup instead. The snapshot contents are removed; an account ID, revision and deletion timestamp remain to prevent stale devices from recreating that backup. A later deliberate backup can create a new snapshot. Deleting the cloud account also removes that marker.

You may also email support with the subject Delete my Winter Arc cloud backup only, identifying your sign-in email. Specify that you want to keep the account.

Using guest mode?

If you have never created a Winter Arc cloud account, there is no cloud account to delete. Use Clear device progress to remove local records. We cannot remotely erase guest-only data on your phone.
